The winery von Winning belongs to the prestigious enterprises of the famous wine village Deidesheim in the heart of Palatinate. The estate was founded back in 1848 and arose out of the distribution of the original Jordan estate (Geheimer Rat Dr. von Bassermann-Jordan) as well as the neighbouring winery Reichsrat von Buhl. As the winery is traditionally known as Dr. Deinhard, but due to marriage changed its name to von Winning, there are also two winemaking styles. Wines under the name von Winning matured in wood and are stronger and fullbodied while Dr. Deinhard wines are based on strong fruit notes and are often matured in stainless steel tanks resulting into easy drinking wines. This Weißburgunder with its fantastic fruit aromas of ripe pears will be a pleasure for your palate.
